Role: Field Collection Agent
Location: Pan India (Across Major Cities)

Davincred is expanding its field operations team and is looking for motivated Field Collection Agents across India. If you have experience in collections or are comfortable with on-ground customer interaction, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers/clients for payment collections
• Negotiate and follow up on overdue accounts
• Maintain daily reports of visits and collections
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Build professional relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in collections / field sales preferred
• DRA certified preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned area
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
• Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting

Location Flexibility:
