About DavinCred Services

We are DavinCred Services, a financial recovery and debt–collection management firm operating across North India. We work with financial institutions and NBFCs to recover outstanding dues in a professional and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients over phone and email to recover overdue payments.

• Conduct field visits in Dehradun, Roorkee, Rishikesh, and Haridwar where required to negotiate settlements and arrange payment plans.

• Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow‑ups, and settlements in CRM / Excel.

• Follow RBI and internal guidelines to ensure fair and compliant collection practices.

• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets and report performance to the team lead.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in collections, banking, BFSI, or telesales. Freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered.

• Good spoken and written Hindi and English; local knowledge of Dehradun and nearby areas (Roorkee, Rishikesh, Haridwar) is an advantage.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Gmail, simple CRM / Excel‑based trackers).

• Valid two‑wheeler license and own vehicle preferred for field work.

• Age 21–35 years; must be comfortable with day‑to‑day targets and frequent field visits across the region.
