About the Role
DavinCred is hiring on-site Tele calling Collection Agents to work on overdue and written-off loan accounts. The role focuses on outbound calling, follow-ups, and negotiation to recover dues while maintaining professional, compliant, and customer-sensitive communication. This Collection agent tele calling job is for Mohali Branch.
Key Responsibilities

Call customers with overdue or written-off loan accounts to remind them of pending payments and seek recovery.

Clearly explain outstanding amount, loan status, and repayment or settlement options approved by the company.

Negotiate and record repayment commitments and instalment plans where immediate payment is not possible.

Attend incoming calls from customers related to collection queries and provide accurate information.

Update systems/CRM with call outcomes, promises to pay, broken commitments, and payment details on a daily basis.

Coordinate with the field collection team on high-risk, skip, or non-contactable cases.

Follow RBI guidelines, DRA rules, and DavinCred’s internal policies on fair and ethical collection practices at all times.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Gender: Female candidates will be preferred for this position.

Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification from IIBF or any recognized body is mandatory.

Experience:

Prior experience in collections / recovery / telecalling for loans or credit cards.

Strong advantage for candidates who have handled written-off / NPA / recovery portfolios.

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates are an added plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.

Ability to handle objections, tough conversations, and distressed customers calmly.

Basic computer knowledge (dialer/CRM usage, Excel, email).
